ABOUT
I’ve spent a career building the parts of organisations that don’t make headlines but decide everything: the structures, systems, and sequencing behind campaigns that moved markets and institutions that outlasted their moment.

HOW I GOT HERE
My career began in media and journalism, a training ground in narrative, audience, and the discipline of deadlines. From there it widened: into brand partnerships with the likes of Google, Unilever, MAC Cosmetics, and the Italian Trade Agency; into editorial leadership; and eventually into the harder, less visible work of organisational strategy, project leadership, direction and management, multi-market partnerships, and the systems, structures, and decisions that determine whether an institution can actually deliver on its ambition.
WHERE I WORK NOW
Nearly a decade into my time at BellaNaija, Nigeria’s leading independent digital media company, my role as Chief of Staff and Head of Strategy has widened well past any single function. Today it spans enterprise strategy, organisational architecture, cross-sector partnerships, CSR programming, and board-level strategic advisory: the full architecture that holds an ambitious institution together. Alongside this, I am co-founding Peridor & Co, a Pan-African institutional advisory and convening firm, an extension of the same conviction into new terrain.
